Multi-level Marketing or Network Marketing is promoted as a home based business system that allows independent sales representatives the opportunity to work from home, recruiting other sales representatives and like minded business builders to do the same, drawing commissions from the sales of their recruits (and their recruits and so on).
"The perfect scenario."
Eager new recruits are usually brought into the business after seeing a "Powerful presentation" on a company's product and compensation plan by their "Master Recruiter", igniting the dream of financial freedom.
What most people don't realize is that after they get involved they can't "duplicate" the same results as the master recruiter that presented the opportunity!……..I was one of those people!!
Unfortunately, this is all too familiar and the attrition rate is still high today because people are sold the "Dream of Financial Freedom" through MLM, you are told to go out and recruit your "warm market" (family and friends) and buy leads! Then you are told to phone these leads and keep calling until you fill the pipeline with like-minded people…… This is what I did!!
What I wasn't told is that the people you call are not like minded at all! They don't know the first thing about Network Marketing, they know someone who tried and failed, or the old chestnut, "That's one of those pyramid schemes, they don't work!"
Now I'm not saying that cold calling prospects and approaching everyone in your warm market can't work, it can.
But it didn't for me and I know for a fact it doesn't work for 95% of others who start out. I now know this to be an old and flawed system after having tried and failed to convert these leads for over 2 years using the same methods. I had only moderate success and was becoming disillusioned.
All too soon people start to struggle just to keep up with their monthly commitments of purchasing their product and leads.
Unfortunately, the path to financial freedom in network marketing is littered along the way with recruits who have tried and failed. Why?....it's Simple!...they were sold the dream of financial freedom without a roadmap, or system, to achieve their goal.
You cannot feed yourself or your dream without making money quickly after joining. Early profits keep the fire burning!
It's about getting yourself into profit sooner, by having a proven system that can be duplicated by anyone and teaching that method to others. Thereby quickly monetising their opportunity!
Today, by combining the power of the internet and Network Marketing, you can definitely make money sooner with less rejection than in the past! With a much lower attrition rate and far less pain along the way.
The whole principal MLM was built on a positive dream of owning your own business, starting part time. With consistent effort over a period of time you are able to quit your JOB (just over broke), then work from the comfort of your own home at something you love doing…….That's the way it should be!
When you find a system that is easy to duplicate with proven results, you are able to offer your prospects your opportunity confident in the knowledge that they will avoid the high dropout rate and all the negatives that are associated with doing things the OLD way.
By getting your people into profit sooner, your work then becomes SIMPLE and FUN!!
The best way is to find like minded people, those that already understand Network Marketing, who desire financial freedom. Then show them how to get there FASTER!......By utilizing the power of the Internet!
